During your onboarding call with Donna, you’ll review and set up your headers—these are the titles at the top of your Money Mastery upload sheets that tell the system what each column means (like Date, Description, Amount, etc.).

Once your headers are correctly set up, you don’t need to edit or move them again. Changing or deleting a header can cause your data to upload incorrectly or be labeled in the wrong category.

If you ever think your headers need to be updated—or something doesn’t look right—please leave a support ticket instead of adjusting them yourself. Our team will review and make any needed updates to keep your sheet accurate and working smoothly.

Remember: once your account upload sheet is set up, you can leave it alone—it’s designed to run automatically from there!

When you see a number at the top of your Google Sheet or a small triangle in the top-right corner of a cell, that means our team left you a comment with guidance or a question.

How to view and respond (step-by-step):

1. Open your sheet.

2. Look for a tiny triangle on a cell. Hover to preview; click the cell to open the full comment.

3. To see every comment in one place, click the speech-bubble icon (top-right of Google Sheets).

4. Click Reply to answer us. Use Resolve only after you’ve completed the request or understand the comment.

That’s a vacation, a debt payment, or a savings boost waiting to happen.

👉 In your Money Mastery System, filter by using a Subscriptions category. List all of your subscriptions as sub-categories.
