Meet Donna
Donna Roggio is a coach, educator, and mentor who helps women reclaim their power—through financial clarity, leadership, and self-trust.
With decades of experience as an entrepreneur, salon owner, and systems builder, Donna knows how overwhelming it can feel to be responsible for everyone and everything—and still not know where all your money is going.
She created the Money Mastery System because she needed it herself. As a single mom running multiple businesses and managing multiple income streams, she wanted more than just spreadsheets or apps—she needed a full ecosystem to understand her money and trust herself with it.
Her passion now is guiding women—especially those in the beauty industry and other care-based and creative professions—toward true freedom. The kind that comes from knowing where you stand, where you’re going, and how to get there.
The Journey So Far
Since 1998, Donna has built, led, and sold multiple businesses. In 2011, she began coaching—and has since mentored hundreds of women through the ups, downs, and evolutions of life and entrepreneurship. She’s led teams of up to 50 people, developed custom business systems, and walked the full path from burnout to sustainable success.
Donna’s financial wisdom didn’t come from formal training as a strategist or tax-saving analyst—it came from doing it the hard way.
From making mistakes.
From taking bad advice.
From trusting the wrong people with her money.
From following industry “averages” that didn’t actually work—not just for her, but for her team.
Those benchmarks weren’t just flawed—they were ridiculously low. And she knew it.
She knew her people were better than that. She was better than that.
So she made a decision: to stop looking outward for answers and start trusting what she knew inside.
That’s when everything began to shift.
She created her own systems—from financial structures to onboarding programs to career development paths and leadership training. She believed in win-win outcomes and truly wanted the best for everyone around her.
But the real transformation didn’t happen until she confronted her own beliefs about money, value, and worth. Until she stopped outsourcing her financial power and finally took full ownership of it.Now, she spends her time helping other women do the same:To uncover opportunities.
To organize the chaos.To stop playing small.And to take control of both their personal and business finances—with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
But Donna’s work goes beyond strategy. Through coaching, mindset work, workshops, and honest conversations, she brings truth, structure, and empathy to women who are ready to do life and business differently. She’s committed to helping women lead—not by grinding harder, but by getting clear, supported, and aligned.
My Why
I’m doing this because women need it.

I know this because I’ve lived it.
I’ve watched salon owners and entrepreneurs pour their hearts into everything and everyone around them—sometimes without paying themselves a dime. They love deeply. They work hard. They serve with everything they’ve got. But behind the scenes, they’re exhausted, uncertain, and quietly wondering, “Why doesn’t this feel like success?”
So many women didn’t grow up with a healthy money mindset. We weren’t taught how to manage finances—or how to value our own time, energy, or leadership. And when money feels confusing or shameful, it’s easy to ignore it… until the stress catches up.
But here’s the truth:
Money isn’t scary. It’s just misunderstood.
And that can change—when we’re given the right tools, space, and support to actually learn.
My dad and I used to talk about the word “ignorant.” I used to think it was a bad word—until he explained that ignorance simply means you haven’t learned something yet. Stupidity, he said, is when you know better but choose not to act.
I don’t want any woman to feel ignorant when it comes to her own finances.
And I know how hard it is to find education that’s real, that’s clear, and that actually works.That’s why I created the Money Mastery System.
