Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Onboarding and Coaching Calls) I completely understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to reschedule an onboarding call or a coaching call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that time can be opened for another client. More than 24 hours’ notice: You can reschedule without penalty using your booking link or your confirmation email. Within 24 hours or no-show: The session will be charged in full or deducted from your package. Onboarding Call Note (Money Mastery purchases) The onboarding call included with your Money Mastery purchase is a 45-minute call with a value of $150. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your onboarding call, that included call is forfeited. If you would still like support afterward, you are welcome to book a Money Mastery 1:1 Coaching Call at $200 for a one-hour session: https://wix.to/xVrDipj How to find or reschedule your appointment You can view and manage upcoming appointments in the My Bookings block within the Self Service section at the bottom of the Membership Hub. You can also reschedule directly from your appointment confirmation email.
